Chandra M. Williams
Chandra is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of JC Family Services and has received her Bachelor of Sciences in Management and Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting at Park University. She has worked with and counseled youth for over 25 years. She was one of the founders and Executive Director of the Arizona Thunder Girl’s Basketball Club responsible for Training and Counseling, Founder and CEO of CNME Sports Lessons responsible for training and counseling youth of all ages, Teacher/Coach for Independent High School, Director of Operations/Trainer for Basketball Town in Rancho Cordova, CA, Director of Academics for Ujima Youth Services. Each of the above positions allowed Chandra to counsel youth in social, behavioral and life skills. Chandra facilitated youth in managing and developing their health, fitness, academic and behavior skills as well as their future career goals.
James E. Williams

James is the Chief Operations Officer (C.O.O.) and one of the founders of JC Family Services and has his Degree in Human Services at the University of Phoenix. He worked for the State of California for over 16 years as an Associate IT staff and in the collections department. During that time he was a mentor for male youth. James has worked with and counseled youth for over 15 years. He is a College and High School Basketball Official and a Football Official for all ages. In addition, James has coached Basketball and Football at all levels which allows him to train, counsel and assist youth in social, behavioral, and life skills. James worked for Ujima Youth Services as a Case Manager.
